Voucher Terms

Vouchers on our channelsVersion 2[DRAFT · 21 September 2026 · For discussion purposes only]

Published in English.

Contents

We run social media channels where Malaysian shops and businesses post their offers. If you saw a voucher or an offer on one of those channels, these terms tell you how it works and who is responsible for what.

The channels are SwipeEats, SwipeServices, SwipeWellness, SwipeFashion and Swipe on Instagram, and any other account we run. They are operated by Fortifi Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No. 202501006593 (1608007-V)).

Please read this before you use a voucher. It is short.

1The offer belongs to the shop, not to us

1.1

Every voucher and offer on our channels comes from the shop or business named in the post. That business sets the offer, decides what is included, and honours it.

1.2

We are not the seller. We do not sell, supply or deliver the goods or services in the offer. When you use a voucher, your agreement is with the shop, not with us. We do not take your payment and we are not a party to your purchase.

1.3

The shop’s own terms apply to what you buy. If the post or the voucher sets conditions, those conditions apply too.

2Using a voucher

2.1

Unless the post says otherwise:

  1. (a)a voucher can be used once, by one person;
  2. (b)it is valid only during the dates shown, and only at the outlets shown;
  3. (c)it has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change is given;
  4. (d)it cannot be combined with another offer, discount or promotion; and
  5. (e)it cannot be sold or transferred.
2.2

Show the voucher to the shop before you pay. A shop may decline a voucher that has expired, has already been used, or does not meet the conditions shown.

2.3

Offers run while stocks or places last. If the post says the offer is limited, it is.

2.4

A shop may end or change an offer. If it does, that does not affect a voucher you have already used.

3What we do and what we do not do

3.1

We make the artwork for these posts and we publish them on our channels. The shop tells us what its offer is, confirms that what the post says is true, confirms that it holds every licence and approval its trade and its advertisement require, and confirms it will honour the offer on the terms shown. We rely on what the shop tells us.

3.2

We do not inspect the shop’s premises, test its goods, verify its licences, or check the quality of what it sells. We are not able to promise that a shop will serve you well or that an offer will be available when you arrive.

3.3

If we think a post breaks our rules or the law, we take it down. You can tell us about one under Clause 6.

4Some pictures are made by artificial intelligence

4.1

The people you see in our posts are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not photographs of real people. They are not customers of the shop, and they are not giving a review or an endorsement.

4.2

Where a picture shows a person made this way, we put a notice on the picture saying so.

4.3

Photographs of food, products and premises may also have been edited or generated. Treat pictures as a guide to what is on offer, not as an exact promise of what you will receive.

5If something goes wrong

5.1

If the shop will not honour a voucher, or what you receive is not what was offered, speak to the shop first. It is the shop’s offer and the shop can usually put it right quickest.

5.2

If that does not work, tell us. Write to support@oeru.com or message 011-1797 1289, and tell us which post it was, which shop, what happened and when.

5.3

We will acknowledge within 2 business days and tell you how we propose to deal with it. We will pass your complaint to the shop, ask it to respond, and take the post down while the matter is looked into if that is appropriate.

5.4

We cannot make a shop give you a refund, and we cannot decide a dispute between you and a shop.

6Your rights under Malaysian law

6.1

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Those rights are yours against the shop that supplies you, and nothing here limits them.

6.2

If a dispute with a shop cannot be settled, you may be able to take it to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia. That is a matter between you and the shop.

7Your personal information

We do not collect anything from you when you use a voucher. There is nothing to register and nothing to key in, and we do not receive your name, your telephone number or any other detail at the point you redeem. If you message us or comment on a post, we see what you send, and the social media platform handles it under its own privacy policy. If you give your details to a shop when you use a voucher, those details are the shop’s and the shop is responsible for them, not us. How we handle personal information is explained in our Personal Data Protection Notice at www.oeru.com.

8Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The current version is always at www.oeru.com. You can reach us at support@oeru.com or 011-1797 1289, or write to Fortifi Sdn. Bhd., S-08-12 Menara YNH Kiara, 8, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
